My wife ordered a French Toast slam with two eggs over medium. I ordered a two moon skillet with two eggs over medium. In both cases, the eggs were badly overcooked. We told our waitress, Rose Alba, who is usually excellent, but she gave us an argument. Finally, she took our plates back to the kitchen. My wife's eggs were so overcooked that she could not cut them with a fork. The staff ignored us for the rest of our meal. Since we have been consistently loyal customers for seven years, we don't understand the poor customer service.
