I flew on Feb *th from JFK to LAX in First Class on a fully paid ticket (not upgraded nor paid for using points). Upon arriving at my seat, the flight attendant accidentally spilled an entire tray of drinks (orange juice and champagne) into my Louis Vuitton purse which held my laptop computer and cell phone. There was broken glass and it took *** minutes to clean up. My computer and phone had liquid damage and my purse now has a liquid stain. I remained very calm and patient throughout the process, as I understand how mistakes can happen. The flight crew was extremely apologetic. That said, the damage caused to my personal belongings is irreparable. **I recognize that they immediately added *,*** points to my Delta account. That said, that's not nearly enough to fix the damages caused.**I would like to request a flight refund, Delta credit or at the very least **,*** more points to help cover the damages. **Delta customer ***********
