I was scheduled on a DL flight from Edmonton Canada - Seattle – Beijing - Hong Kong Dec **. The DL plane from Seattle to Edmonton was cancelled. The Delta agent in Edmonton put me on an Alaska Airlines flight to Seattle, then I made the other connections as scheduled (DL to Beijing and China Southern to Hong Kong on January **). My check in bag was EXPEDITED (TN **** *******) from Edmonton to Hong Kong. I arrived as scheduled to Hong Kong but my bag did not. I have been trying to track my bag since I arrived in Hong Kong on January **. I filled out the baggage claim in Hong Kong at the airport with Jardine Aviation (HKGCZ*****), had a colleague inquire with Delta in Edmonton, contacted Baggage Services in Beijing via phone with China Southern, and Delta Baggage Claim in USA via email (HKGCZ*****)(RE: Case ******** & RE: Case ******** & RE: Case ********). I also made * trips to the Jardine Aviation Office in Hong Kong to inquire about my bag. I was able to view photos of all the unclaimed bags in their computer inventory. I left a photo of my bag (which is quite unique) with them and they forwarded this image to Beijing as well. The agent on my recent visit to Jardine in Hong Kong also indicated that my bag was still in Edmonton on January **, **** according to their computer records. I would like baggage claim agents in Seattle to look at their inventory to see if my baggage is in Seattle. An image of my bag should be in your claim system but I can forward another one to you as well. I look forward to a prompt response from a baggage supervisor from your office. Thank you. Respectfully, Leon Tkachyk *-***-***-**** or *-***-***-**** (Canada)
