Friends, on November **, **** I ordered a Dell Inspiron *** (Order ***********). I used my Chase Sapphire Visa card to make payment. Notably I never received the purchase order showing the total price and description and components of the computer. The order arrived at my address on or shortly after December *, ****. but no purchase order was included and the setup information was for a laptop not a desktop. I took the new computer to my technician on or about December **, **** to transfer all files and data from my old Dell Inspiron. He returned the computer in working condition although some data was missing and some programs did not work. But then in moving from ***s to a version which did not include Microsoft Store and entering and recording a password, we had a sign in screen which asked for our password, which when entered did not allow us in. MY technician has many times tried to hack into or around the password, but has failed. My present intent is the return the computer to Dell whether o not I get a credit or refund. After doing that my intent is to purchase a new comparable computer from Dell or another computer. I hope Dell will be able to help, but if not I will just return the computer, no refund expected.
