As mentioned, I lost the WiFi connection on my Laptop. That is when I took it back to were I bought it at Office Depot. The Service Tech said he would run a scan to try to find out why I lost the WiFi connection. After several hours, I went back to pick my laptop up. That is when the Service Tech told me that while running the scan, the Harddrive test came back as Failed. And that I need to contact Dell about this issue. ... It stated that WiFi was not running on my laptop. So took it back to where I bought it and had the Tech Guy to look it over. He ran a Hard Drive Scan which resulted in a Failed Harddrive Scan. The Tech told me to contact Dell for a refund or a New Laptop. I have a * year SquareTrade Plan and would really like a new Laptop if possible.**Thank you**Mr. Rene' B. Read******@***.com
This is not what I expected from Dell Products. Although it is still working and able to be used, I really rely on the WiFi services in order to access Internet services.
I just want what anyone would want, and that is a complete all working laptop. I don't have the time to write a company begging them to just do what is right for the customer. If your product failed, make it good. I would like for Dell to honor my * year repair agreement and replace my laptop.
I am a new customer with Dell, assumed that it was a good reliable product. I choose Dell over other laptop's because it had what I wanted.
I have tried several things to try to fix product to get my WiFi service back up and working without success.
I have an issue with Dell - Tech Support too
