I have a new dell laptop less than a month old it has already been sent to huston for repairs and they did work to it i was told they checked the unit out completely and yet *days later i am having problems again, today i was on and the touch pad worked fine tonight i could do nothing with it -- the mouse moves around this time last time it did not move and this time it would move slow and jerky and when i managed to get the mouse in position it would not respond to the click --- I do not want this thing it is nothing but problems and head aches for me for the last month I want a upgrade laptop sent to me ASAP! and i prefer something with windows * windows ** is **** and not worth the time to mention it!
