As a customer of the product, I must have all the factory, default, or master passwords that are set in the device. But the user manual does not mention these passwords, meaning the company withholds these information from the customers. This is like holding customers hostage. - You set some security features in MY device before selling but don't give me those information, meaning you make me pay you for something that I am automatically entitled to as a matter of my purchase. This is really frustrating.

I am a customer for * years.
I removed the CMOS battery. It cleared the date, time etc but, other than that, nothing happened.**There is no jumper in the Inspiron ****. Or is there any?
