I received a brand new Dell Inspiron ** last year. From the beginning, I have had nothing but trouble. I have contacted technical support MULTIPLE times. By the time I gave up then it was not in the ridiculously short time frame for returning this horrible computer. I am paying for a machine that is completely useless. I reloaded windows and this thing is still useless. I have been a loyal Dell customers for years. Now, I will never ever buy a Dell again. I have a ****.** machine that I can't even get to boot up correctly. I recognize that y'all don't care. I realize that this email will go to deaf ears. But I am paying for your product that doesn't work and that ****es me off enough to let you know that. I am a IT professional and I am going to let anyone who will listen to me... including all of my customers exactly how horrible of a waste of money it is to buy a Dell computer. I want this computer to be taken back and a refund. I have already been told countless times that it won't happen.
I trust that Dell - Tech Support will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
