I have just re connected with online banking and have seen that for the past year I have still been charged for my deezer account that I cancelled ** I have re downloaded the app and logged in and it says free? And when I checked my invoices the last one says **** but I have still been charged every month since then to now!!! I have struggled to contact you over the years and last time I cancelled I was still been charged but with a long conversation with your support team over email they explained as I used a different bank card when I opened the account that I no longer know the details of (with it been an old card for YEARS ago) they couldn’t find my account. Yet somehow they still charge my new card and have been way out of pocket for years now!! Even the simple cancel your subscription instructions on the app don’t work and it seems this is the only way of contacting you. My account email is *****@***.com
