I have a new Debenhams card which I’m trying to activate as I have £** credit to spend. I can’t activate it online as I can’t remember my user name and you appear to have an incorrect email address for me! When I’m told you are sending me an email, counting the asterisks, it appears you only have six letters instead of seven! No wonder I’ve never heard from you in five years or so.*How can this be fixed so that I can spend my £** or get a refund?
GetHuman-pamvonr did not yet indicate what Debenhams should do to make this right.
