On December 3rd, I placed an online order for a pair of shoes with Order Number: [redacted]49. My name is Mr. C P Morley and my email is [redacted] I opted for next day delivery for £3.99. By December 5th, I received a notification from Hermes stating that my order had left their depot and was on the way to the collection point at Bush Fair Food Centre in Harlow, Essex. However, since then, I have not received any further updates despite contacting both Debenhams and Hermes. They keep assuring me that the order is on its way, but it seems that it is not. After multiple emails with Sphelele Thembani Ndwandwe from Debenhams Customer Services, I have been asked to wait another 48 hours several times. Unfortunately, Sphelele Thembani Ndwandwe has not responded to my last two emails, which has led to an unacceptable situation. I have also tried to reach out to Hermes, but their automated phone system is not helping me progress with my inquiry. Mr. C Morley

I purchased a skirt at the beginning of December, and the payment was deducted from my account on the 3rd of December. However, I haven't received any notification confirming the delivery of my skirt to the click and collect point at WALMLEY CONVENIENCE STORE, B76 1QN. This experience has been disappointing, especially as I've never encountered any issues with previous Debenhams orders. I've noticed that the price of the skirt has dropped from £30.99 to £20, which has added to my dissatisfaction. Regarding Colchester Debenhams, On 17th December, I accidentally picked up a pair of red framed reading glasses that belonged to someone else during a transaction. I placed an order on November 30th, [redacted], and it has yet to arrive. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I ordered these items as Christmas gifts and they are urgently needed. The original delivery date was December 7th, but I am still waiting. The last communication from Hermes was over a week ago, stating that one item was with the courier, but it has not been delivered. The other item has only been dispatched with no update on delivery. I'm unsure if I can expect these items before Christmas, and time is running out.

I haven't received my order since the scheduled delivery date on December 4th. I've been tracking it using order number [redacted]3 with Hermes, but there hasn't been any progress. I keep receiving notifications of delays and promises of delivery within 24 hours for the past two weeks. If it can't be delivered soon, I would like to cancel the order. I used my Debenhams credit card for the purchase, so please do not charge me. I have been monitoring my statement and haven't seen any charges yet. Thank you.

I visited the Debenhams website to redeem my £[redacted] gift vouchers as I heard about the store closing. However, I couldn't find an option to use my gift cards. I've been struggling with my health, had surgery, chemotherapy, and now I'm housebound and on various medications. I kindly ask Debenhams to enable me to use the funds from the gift cards I received for special occasions.

Hello, I placed an order on December 15th under the name of Alexandru Potoroaca with order number [redacted]00. On December 17th, I received an email confirming that the order was on its way. However, when attempting to track the parcel, I saw that it had been delayed and was supposed to be moving within the next 24 hours. Dear Customer Service, I would like to address my complaint regarding the Egypt branch. Approximately 80% of the staff are not wearing masks, including a fitting room helper named Mariam whom we approached politely for safety reasons. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. When we escalated the issue to the manager, another staff member was sent to assist, also without a mask. The hand sanitizer provided was in a broken and unsanitary condition, with the helper suggesting we use alternative sources. This experience was disappointing and tarnished the image of Debenhams. It seemed evident that there is a lack of training and concern among the staff. I have expressed my concerns to the management and plan to escalate this matter further. I urge comprehensive training for all staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Regards

I was given oversized slippers for Christmas by my relatives in Yorkshire, along with a gift receipt dated 11/11/[redacted] from Kingston upon Hull. Today, 28/12/[redacted], I visited my local Debenhams in Weymouth to exchange them, but they refused, claiming it was beyond the 28-day return window. This seems unreasonable since it's not even January yet. I am frustrated by this situation and question the purpose of a gift receipt if it doesn't extend beyond the holiday period. Dear Sir/Madam, This is the fourth email I am writing regarding a pending issue - reference number [redacted]. My previous email was dated January 9, [redacted]. In my last correspondence, I requested to speak with a Manager. The Customer Service representative, Frezeka M, not only failed to acknowledge my dissatisfaction with the provided solution but also misconstrued the problem I was attempting to convey. The items I ordered on December 18 arrived late and were all damaged. Two of the items were bottles of oil that leaked, causing the packaging to be drenched, and the glass jars broken. Despite my injury sustained while handling the damaged goods, I only received a partial refund of 11.45 euro. I had requested a full refund of 97.55 euro as per Frezeka's email advising disposal of the items. I am disappointed by the lack of response and the incomplete refund process. As a long-time customer, I have always praised Debenhams' service, but this incident has left me feeling disrespected and neglected. I eagerly await your prompt reply, Victoria W.

On January 4, [redacted], I placed an order for a Bobbi Brown eyeshadow and a 100ml bottle of Estee Lauder Modern Muse eau de parfum for my sister's birthday. The payment of [redacted].06 was deducted from my Greek bank account by Debenhams on January 6. My customer order number is [redacted]56. On January 10, my sister, Susan T., received a parcel at 15 High Heath, Hawthorn Park, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE371LG. However, I instructed her not to open it until her birthday on January 22. Upon opening the parcel today, she found only the Bobbi Brown eyeshadow, not the perfume. Upon tracking the order, both items show as dispatched, but only the eyeshadow was received. I was assured that both items would arrive within 10 working days. Please update me on the status of the missing perfume. If it is not delivered within the next 3 days, I would like a refund. Order number [redacted]95. I was expecting a delivery from Hermes on the 3rd of February between 3 and 5 pm. However, as of 6:30 pm, the parcel has not arrived. I contacted Hermes, and they claimed the parcel was delivered and signed for, which contradicts their no-signing policy. Despite contacting them multiple times, they insist the parcel was delivered. I requested to track the parcel to 6 Cranston Way, Haddington, EH41 3TJ. When checking Debenhams tracking, which is my supplier, it showed a delivery on 28.1.21 at 14:48, which is confusing as the first delivery date given was 3.2.21. As of 4:20 pm, the parcel has not been received. I urgently need the Paprika Hiking Boots from the parcel. Please arrange delivery of another pair promptly; I am willing to cover delivery costs. Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Debenhams. I have been a loyal customer both in-store and online for the past decade. On January 30, [redacted], I placed an order for four items, namely: 1. NARCISO RODRIGUEZ for her fleur musc eau de toilette floral 100ml 2. YSL TOUCHE ÉCLAT ALL-IN-ONE GLOW DEWY FINISH LIQUID FOUNDATION in shade B80 3. INFINITE MESH 34mm CRYSTAL DIAL BROWN watch in one size 4. INFINITE BR 22mm 2TONE SILVER/ROSE XOVER MULTI bracelet in one size To my dismay, I arrived home from work to find an empty envelope in my letterbox. I received a message at 14:06 stating that my parcel had been delivered by the local courier, yet nothing was inside. I attempted to contact Hermes at [redacted]6, but I was unable to speak with a representative. I urgently require my perfume and feel apprehensive about placing future orders with Debenhams.
