Dear Direct,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding an order delivery issue. According to Hermes, they have delivered the parcel and obtained a signature, which is inaccurate. On Wednesday, August 5th, the driver mistakenly went to my neighbor instead of delivering to me. Despite being home all week, I did not receive the package. My neighbor directed the driver to my location, even though he did not leave the parcel as instructed near the gate on the Wheelie Bins. I have been unable to reach Hermes for the past two days as the email provided is invalid, and their phone line only confirms the delivery.
Your prompt guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a Principles brand PRN ROSE PRINT ITY TEA DRESS BLACK in size 14 from Debenhams on 7/08/[redacted], order number [redacted]28. Upon trying it on today, 10/08/[redacted], I found it to be lovely but unfortunately not suitable for me. I would like to return the dress, however, I am unsure of the return process. I noticed on the Hermes website that some stores like M&S, Boohoo, and H&M accept returns. Hello,
I am currently arranging a return courier service through Hermes for a pair of loafers purchased from your online store. The loafers are from your Hobbs Franchise Department, with order number 7[redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, the shoes are too large and appear to have the wrong label. I have been attempting to schedule a courier pick-up on the Hermes website for about 45 minutes without success. I paid £12 for this service, but it seems I can only track the parcel now as they are closed for further requests. I recently purchased a bag from Debenhams for a family member's present, but upon opening the package, I discovered that the bag is faulty. I am unable to return it to the Basildon store due to lockdown restrictions. Can I hold onto the item until the store reopens and still receive a full refund, even if the return date exceeds the purchase date? Subject: Missing Refunds for Returned Orders
I mistakenly placed both order invoices in the wrong return packages, resulting in missing refunds. The first order number was [redacted]91 (as shown in the screenshot provided). The second order number was very similar but likely ended in [redacted].
Both orders were identical due to technical errors during checkout caused by poor mobile phone reception. Despite duplicates, only nine out of the twelve items returned have been refunded. I kindly ask for a review of the refund system to locate the missing refunds for the two erroneous orders.

I recently contacted your customer service regarding accidentally ordering the same product twice. I have received one of the items but not the other, and I need to return it to get a refund. The product is a Barbie doll with order number [redacted]19, and the other order is [redacted]77. I noticed two payments were taken from my bank account. Since the second parcel did not arrive, I am unable to return it for a refund. I have tried to reach you through phone and email but have not received any assistance. I ordered an ESTEE Lauder DOUBLE Wear Foundation and a Benefit product (ILLUMINATOR) from you, but I received the wrong order on 2.11.20. I promptly returned the parcel with the Hermes receipt and sent a letter to Debenhams Retail Ltd at Oxford Street. The order number was [redacted]48, and the incorrect order number was [redacted]24. The store number is 0795F with Delivery Note FC [redacted]99. I included a copy of my Hermes return note. Despite not receiving the correct items, I've received a statement claiming I owe £50.99. I recently received my Debenhams partial order, number [redacted]46, but unfortunately, it was the incorrect dress and not the one I had ordered. I would like to return it, but my parcel sent by Hermes needs a return label, which I currently do not have access to as I do not own a printer. My circumstances make it challenging to visit a library to print one out due to being in the shielding group. Could a return label please be sent to me so that I can return the item promptly?

I have an unresolved order with Hermes, and I recently received an email from them claiming that my package has been delivered with photographic proof. However, the photo shows a black door with a handwritten note, which does not match my white front door or my handwriting. I've had no luck communicating with Hermes directly. I placed an online order on the 30th of November at 10:47 for a Tom Ford Velvet 50ml perfume. The item was scheduled for delivery to my home address at 31 Charlbury Avenue, Birmingham B375BD on the 4th of December. However, I have not yet received the order or any confirmation email regarding its delivery. On the 4th of December, I contacted Debenhams customer service via email to report the issue, and they requested my order number, which I do not have readily available. I placed an order for five items with Debenhams on 27/12/20, but I haven't received any of them. Hermes sent me a text saying my item was delivered, but the picture they provided did not match my house. I have tried to contact Debenhams through various phone numbers listed online, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I even went from Thamesmead to the Debenhams shop in Bromley to try to get help but was unsuccessful. I'm unable to get in touch with Hermes either. Please investigate this issue and get back to me. I received one item from order no. [redacted]5 separately from Landsend. The item appears too small and may need to be returned. However, there was no invoice or return label included. Shockingly, I also found a pair of used H&M ladies black jeans in the package. I am requesting prompt assistance on how to proceed with returning the item. I went to Debenhams in Harrow in September and October to use my £40 gift card. When I tried to use it in November, I was told it wasn't validated, and given a closed Customer Service number. I can't use the Internet due to the pandemic. I visited Debenhams Hounslow on December 5, where the manager James told me to go online impatiently. I live in Ealing and have been unsuccessful in activating the valid £40 gift card, which expires on December 21. I have had two deliveries from Hermes this year that were mistakenly delivered to Arkendale instead of my address. I want to return my order and obtain a refund as I find their service disappointing. Order numbers: [redacted]19 and [redacted]48. I was given a delivery date of December 1st via email. Despite battling COVID-19, I have diligently checked my doorstep numerous times daily since then, only to find out today, on December 8th, that DPS claims a failed delivery without leaving a note. The package has been sent back to Debenhams, causing me great disappointment as these items were important gifts. I have always been pleased with Debenhams' customer service until this incident. Can you assist me in resolving this issue? I did not cause the failed delivery or return and am upset by this situation. Could you resend the items or provide a refund? I recently received a parcel from Hermes, but when I went to retrieve it, it was missing. I would like to request either a refund or a replacement for the order number [redacted]03. Although the Hermes delivery driver took a photo of the parcel visibly placed in front of the door, a previous driver had hidden a package behind the bins. On the delivery date of 10/12/[redacted] at 14:36, even though my housemate and I were at home, we did not hear a knock at the door. We have not experienced any other missing parcels, but a neighbor mentioned a similar issue with Hermes deliveries. To prevent future incidents, we have installed a smart motion detector camera yesterday. I suspect the missing items, intended as Christmas gifts, were taken by the Hermes driver. I would appreciate a refund or re-delivery of the three items from this order. Additionally, I received a gift set of men's care products with the box having multiple tears. I can provide photos and would be grateful for a new box to use as a Christmas present.

I placed an order for my Youngs hire wedding suits at Debenhams with reference number T[redacted] for August 1, [redacted], but rescheduled to August 7, [redacted], due to COVID-19. Youngs confirmed the date change and advised me to reorder directly through them since Debenhams is closing. Youngs also mentioned I should seek a refund from Debenhams.
