Send a parcel from Aberdeen to Cardiff ... Recently I tried to send a parcel using a drop off at a DPD collection point. I paid £**.** and dropped the package off, but the retailers reader kept saying Bar code not recognised. I then contacted DPD local and they advised they couldn't see any charges been taken.
