Send a parcel from Aberdeen to Cardiff ... Recently I tried to send a parcel using a drop off at a DPD collection point. I paid £**.** and dropped the package off, but the retailers reader kept saying Bar code not recognised. I then contacted DPD local and they advised they couldn't see any charges been taken. This is not the case, as £**.** was taken from my Credit Card account as I had to physically authorise the payment. *As no parcel was collected or sent via DPD I'm looking for a refund of £**.**.*Reference Consignment Number **** *** *** **** (********).*Please review and revert*Regards,*Fraser Stewart
Parcel c*w bar code sent by DPD was not recognised by bar code reader in collection shop and hence couldn’t be sent
DPD should refund my £**.** because no service was supplied.
