Hello, I recently received a notification informing me that my parcel delivery was missed due to no one being available to sign for it. I've been home all day, and no one attempted to deliver the package or contact me to address any issues, even though they have my phone number. The notification states that the delivery will be attempted again tomorrow, but I'm concerned the same situation might occur. I've attempted to contact customer service, but I couldn't find an option to speak with a representative.

I sent a package from the United Kingdom to Greece on December 9th. I've been tracking it and it says it couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address, which is inaccurate. I have received parcels at this address before without issue. The package is crucial for AMIR OMERCIC at the DOMAKOS FILAKI (PRISON) and contains urgent documents that need to be there soon. I urgently need the driver to deliver it to the prison. I'm disappointed that it wasn't delivered correctly and that I've been unable to reach a solution after calling Speedex for three days. They mentioned that only Saturday is possible for delivery, but the prison doesn't accept packages on the weekend. I paid for a service that I'm not receiving, and I expect the company to find a resolution. It's critical that the package arrives within the next 48 hours as I entrusted it to DPD for delivery.

I reside on Oakroyd Crescent, Nuneaton, CV10 9ED. Two of the drivers from your company consistently park their vans on either the sidewalk or the street, obstructing access in a tight cul-de-sac. This situation poses a problem in case of emergencies, as emergency services would struggle to reach the area. One driver does not even reside here; it's his mother who does. The parked vehicles obstruct the passage of cars as well. I kindly request immediate action to address this issue; otherwise, I will have to involve the police and council to resolve this matter.

I made a purchase from the XP-PEN online store, and they informed me that my parcel should have already been delivered. They advised me to contact DPD. I received a text on 12/12/19 indicating that my Amazon parcel would arrive on 13/12/19, but it has not been delivered yet. The Exeter DPD office has our information but claims they have not received the parcel. Amazon has stated that they are not responsible for the issue. I stayed home all morning for my DPD delivery scheduled from 12 pm to 1 pm. However, I received an email claiming that I was not available, which is impossible as I have been working in my office right next to the front door. Our CCTV footage also confirms that no one approached our front door in the past two hours. The reference number for my parcel is [redacted][redacted]. Subject: Assistance Needed for Undelivered Package 1[redacted][redacted]
I am contacting you as I am experiencing issues with the delivery of my violin, package number 1[redacted][redacted]. Despite receiving a picture from DPD, the delivery service provider, showing the package at a location that is not mine, I have not received my item at Flat 4, Vicaime Court, Lucknow Road, Mapperley Park, Nottingham. NG3 5AY.
After contacting both DPD and the eBay seller I purchased the violin from, I have been informed that only the seller can access the delivery information, and they are reluctant to provide me with any details. As a result, I have not been able to locate my missing parcel.
eBay has advised contacting DPD directly at +0[redacted] to open an investigation regarding the missing package with tracking number 1[redacted][redacted]. I have been instructed to request an "eBay Letter" from DPD upon completion of their investigation.

I recently placed an order on Amazon.com to be delivered to an address in Germany. The tracking information in my Amazon account stated that the package was scheduled for delivery on December 18, [redacted]. Despite this, the package did not arrive as expected. After contacting Amazon customer support via chat on the evening of December 18, I was advised to wait a bit longer. By December 19, the package still had not been delivered, and the order page displayed a message apologizing for the delay and stating that they were investigating the issue. Today, December 20, the order page now claims that the package was delivered on the 18th, which is incorrect. I was expecting a delivery today between 11:30-12:30. Unfortunately, the driver didn't wait for my mother to reach the door and left without attempting to leave the parcel with a neighbor. This was a Christmas gift, and I paid extra for next-day delivery. I am very disappointed with the service. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that one of your vans, with the registration number YF64ENV, is parked in a hazardous manner near a junction on Orchid Road in Lincoln (LN5 9XD). The driver left the vehicle unattended and walked away. This isn't the first time this has happened, as a similar incident occurred previously and the van was parked there overnight. It has been over a month since I placed my order, but I have yet to receive my package. Despite providing the correct address, there seems to be an issue with my phone number on file. The tracking information on their website shows that they have trouble reaching me due to inaccurate contact details. The seller has attempted to correct this information, but the package has yet to be delivered. As I am located in Israel, it seems that DPD does not have sufficient support or contact information in my country, leaving me with no one to contact regarding this matter.

Dpd failed to deliver my parcel from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India to Bonn, Germany. They did not attempt to contact me by phone or send any messages. Despite it being a well-known area, they claim the address was incorrect. As an international student, the delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience, especially as my food items have a short shelf life. It has been 25 days since the parcel should have arrived. Dpd indicates that it reached the UK on December 30th, arrived in Germany on January 5th, and has been sitting in a local depot since then. They have not provided any updates to me, and now they are considering sending it back to the UK. Please, Dpd, improve your delivery process, communicate promptly, and assist students like me who rely on receiving their parcels in a timely manner.

I am trying to track down my package, but everyone is telling me something different. According to DPD tracking, it is on its way back, but SEUR, who handles DPD in Spain, says it hasn't even left the UK. Groupon, where I made the purchase, says there was an attempted delivery, but the address was copied incorrectly by the drivers, so it was returned. Now they are unsure of its whereabouts. Hello, my name is E.M.N. I purchased a black Nike Air Max bag from JD Sports on February 6th, with order number #[redacted]47. During checkout, my address, 16 Shanrath, Old Cratloe Road, Limerick, was automatically changed to 16 Galtee Avenue causing a delivery issue. I purchased 20kg of dates from Yaffa Limited and arranged for DPD to deliver them. Despite rearranging the delivery to my daughter's address on Tuesday 24th March because I wouldn't be home on Monday 23rd March, the driver claimed nobody was in, even though my daughter was home all day and they did not buzz her flat number. Today, Wednesday 25th March, I rearranged the delivery to my address. I have been home the entire day, but I just received a text saying the delivery was unsuccessful because the driver did not buzz my flat number, only taking a photo of the front door. My intercom is working, and I confirmed my doorbell is functional. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.
