I sent a parcel containing a wooden blanket box. It was very securely packaged and insured. It arrived damaged. I have supplied very clear pictures of the damage. DPD say the images are not clear enough. I supplied them with a picture of the box before it was damaged and also a few of the damaged box. I cannot supply more as obviously I don't have the box any longer. I would like my compensation for £*** plus the money I wasted on having the parcel collected and wrecked on delivery
