However, upon checking with the neighbor, Mr. Walsh claims that he did not receive any parcels on my behalf. I, Yvonne G., residing at 66 Sedgwick Street, Jacksdale, Notts NG16 5JY, have not received the hand-tufted rug that was meant to be delivered to me. The issue lies in the fact that the neighbor who supposedly accepted the parcel is denying it and refuses to cooperate. I kindly request for the delivery driver who left the package at number 67 to help resolve this matter as soon as possible. I placed an order with Asos on Wednesday, June 13th, expecting the package to arrive the next day due to my unlimited next day delivery subscription. I chose to have it delivered to a local pick-up point, aware that this extends the delivery time by a day. Unfortunately, on Friday the 15th, I received an email stating the collection shop was full, leading to my parcel being returned to the depot. Despite my efforts to rearrange delivery to my home three times for a safe drop-off, it kept being sent back to Southall Depot without any clarification. Hoping for it to be delivered today, I checked the tracking website only to discover it was sent back to Asos. Feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated by this situation, as my parcel is now a week late with minimal communication, I'm quite disappointed. Every day I return home from work, expecting its arrival, only to discover it hasn't been delivered. I urgently need a resolution and an explanation for this matter promptly.

I received a message from DPD about a parcel from Carphone Warehouse that I didn't order. Assuming it might be a birthday present, I rescheduled delivery for two days later since I would be out. Today, I was surprised to get a message saying the parcel had been delivered and signed for in the Midlands by someone unknown. Carphone Warehouse had no records linked to my mobile number, and my bank statements don't show any relevant transactions. I'm concerned about potential fraud and would appreciate DPD confirming if they mistakenly used the wrong mobile number in this delivery.

Hi there, I ordered a Halogen oven from Andrew James with order number [redacted][redacted], to be delivered to Julian Quinton at 4 Old Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 6BJ. I received a message saying it was delivered to my neighbor at number 3 and signed for by Mark on Tue 11 Sep [redacted] at 13:42. However, I don't have a neighbor at number 3. After investigating, I found out it was delivered to 33 Maidstone Road (Rear of). I visited the address, but the occupant was unaware of any delivery. I contacted customer service, waited a long time, and spoke to a friendly lady who was unable to reach the driver as the phone number provided was invalid. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I have already spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue.

I am disappointed with the service provided by your company. A parcel was scheduled for collection on Monday at 17:58 for Tuesday between 9-5. Despite waiting until 5:30 pm, there was no collection. It was rescheduled for Wednesday between 9-4. I contacted DPD three times and was repeatedly assured that the parcel would be picked up before 4. Unfortunately, the driver reportedly couldn't access the location, although access was available all day. Our office was open, waiting for the collection. If unable to collect, I should have been informed at 9 am so I could make alternative arrangements. Due to this delay, the parcel will not reach France in time. I request information on how this issue will be addressed.

I have been waiting for a callback, but no one has reached out. I have tried emailing, using live chat, and phoning, but no response yet. This issue is urgent as I need assistance before my trip to Greece tomorrow. I must be at the airport by 2:30 pm. My new phone is crucial as my old contract ends on Saturday. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not ring my doorbell; instead, they just sent a photo of the main door stating I was not home. I have an intercom with my flat number clearly displayed. I've been eagerly waiting for my parcel for 2-3 days now. However, due to work and school commitments, we keep missing the delivery around 2pm. I urgently need this parcel and I'm frustrated with the current situation. It would be beneficial if the driver could come after 4-5 o'clock when we are back from work and school. I opted for next day delivery and specified leaving the parcel with a neighbor. However, despite the courier stating nobody was home, they didn't attempt to deliver it to my neighbor who was available. With no other option, I requested the parcel to be redirected to my local Wynsors for my collection the following day. Unfortunately, upon arrival without my photo ID, the store staff refused to release the parcel to me. After a lengthy plea, I left empty-handed, missing out on football nets for my grandson's birthday gift. The ordeal cost me a taxi fare on top of the delivery fee, adding to the disappointment. I simply hope DPD can adhere to the original agreement and deliver the parcel to a neighbor as specified.

On the first day, I was absent and did not receive any notification about the delivery. On the second day, I stayed at home until 8pm, calling DPD three times with 30-minute waits each time. Robert reassured me it would arrive within the hour, but after two hours, Claire insisted it would come that day since the driver finishes at 6.30pm. I made another call, but after waiting 25 minutes, I gave up upon realizing the center was closed. How can I reach the delivery service? I've been instructed to call DPD daily, wait for 30 minutes to speak to someone, hear it will be delivered, and go through this cycle repeatedly. This service is extremely unsatisfactory. Good afternoon, Order Reference: P2G[redacted]7 Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] This morning, around 11 a.m., a DPD courier arrived to collect my parcel consisting of 2 boxes. Unfortunately, by the time my husband reached the door, the courier was already leaving in the van without attempting to make contact. A blank "Sorry we missed you" card was left behind, which is disappointing as my husband had taken the day off specifically for this collection. I must mention the poor customer service experienced, both in person and over the phone. It was frustrating that they couldn't locate my order initially, but miraculously found it when I called the day before. Yesterday morning at 12:24, a courier collected my parcel from [redacted] Albany Road - ME7 4HW. He almost left but then left a leaflet for rebooking another collection date. After opening the door, he took the parcel without providing a tracking number. Despite numerous calls to customer services yesterday and today, they are unable to locate my parcel. This is causing issues retrieving my funds from Paypal. I urgently need the tracking number to locate the parcel and confirm delivery status. The reference number provided, [redacted]2, seems invalid when used. The collection number, [redacted]2, also appears to be unhelpful. I hope to receive clarification on this matter promptly.

Subject: Issue with Parcel Delivery to Spain Emailing to inquire about the status of my package from Hermes Germany to Spain. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Reckless Driving Incident Report Today, on the 28th of November around 09:30, I was driving northbound on the M1 near Junction 22. While transitioning from the middle lane to the fast lane to overtake slower traffic, I noticed a DPD van with registration number YE65AFK also attempting to move into the fast lane. The driver of the van proceeded to tailgate me closely, making me feel alarmed and pressured. After returning to the middle lane, the van driver passed me, made an obscene gesture, and recklessly swerved in front of my vehicle. This aggressive and risky behavior is unacceptable. I refrained from reporting this to the authorities due to lack of evidence. However, I felt it necessary to bring this issue to your attention. The driver's actions were dangerous, disrespectful, and concerning. It is crucial for DPD to address such behavior to prevent potential accidents or harm to others on the road.

I was driving on the A57 towards Lincoln on December 3rd around 11:45 with my three-year-old grandson in my car. I joined the A57 from the A1 and encountered a challenge as my car is not very powerful and struggles to accelerate quickly. While ascending the hill, I noticed a DPD van tailgating me, clearly impatient with my speed. As soon as I reached the flat road, I accelerated to the speed limit, and the van recklessly overtook me, surpassing the speed limit. Despite not catching the registration number, I observed that it was a 17 plate and the driver turned right before Dunham Bridge. It's crucial for this driver to drive more cautiously to prevent any potential accidents that their aggressive driving might cause.

However, the collection has not happened yet despite multiple phone calls to the local depot and main office. I missed the delivery person because they buzzed while I was in the bathroom. By the time I got to the buzzer, they had already left. I hurried downstairs to try to catch the van, but it was too late. I only needed a couple of minutes to ask if they could come back, which would have saved them a trip tomorrow. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach them in time due to the short window to answer the door, especially if someone is disabled or in the bathroom like me.
