I have been over charged *** plus dollars and after numerous calls an agent finally agreed and set up for my account to be credited. After the call a follow up call was supposed to take place by the Retention Office. Not only did I not get my credit I did not get the call. I called the chat line and complained again and they promised a manager would call me back the next morning MST. That call also did not happen and so once again I was back on the phone calling the Customer Escalations Dept. ..where I was greeted by a young man on the other end of the phone by a young man in training first week on the floor who had little knowledge of the product*service. I appears that all the employees are from a *rd party contractor working on Behalf of Direct TV*AT@T. Again a call was scheduled and again no call no credit. Instead I received another bill for almost *** dollars. I have had service for ** months and it never works ,,,they gave me the wrong package and consequently I left with service that does not work and I am owed a considerable amount of money...
