I have called your *** number and have spoken to at least * different "tech reps", one in West Virginia, one in Mexico, and one elsewhere, and all give me different answers to my issues. I also had a tech rep at the house today for another issue, and he thought, but was not sure, that what I wanted to do could be achieved. *My issue is that I have * TV sets wired using RG* cable to a central location where I have a *** receiver. I take the output from that receiver, feed it through RG* to spliters, and distribute it to the * TVs, all in standard def. I would like to install a Hopper, either a Hopper * or *, with Joeys and or Super Joeys, to deliver signals to each of the * sets. Or, take the output of a Joey or super joey and feed it out through RG* to the existing TV sets. I will not put new HSMI cable through the walls. I was told that this can be done, using a Hopper *, * Joeys, and * Super Joeys, with no additional cables necessary. I was also told by another person that this cannot be done. I need to speak to someone on the phone that has aactual field installation experience and knowledge of your various types of equipment to determine if I can accomplish my goals. *Also, you have real issues with your phone system. The West Virginia tech rep I was speaking to for ** minutes had my issues solved, but before I could write down everything she said I needed, the phone disconnected, I have called in to try to reconnect with her but am told she cannot call me and I cannot call her. That is a terrible waste of time, to get that far down the road and then quit and have to start over.*Please ask a knowledgable field installation tech to call me and discurss my installation issues.*Mark Thompson****-***-****
