Keep my bill from raising. ... You raised my bill again. I have told the tale on the phone so many times that I cannot afford to pay more then the low $** range. I have your lowest service. I have the names, dates of all my phone calls which I know are recorded. On *-*-** one of your reps, Abby, broiught a Manager, so she said, to the phone and he put my service charge at $**.** and he said "it was a permanet change..,.forever." I called again on *-**-** and spoke to Ashley who gave me $*.** off for six months but did not believe the story I told her about the *-*-** phone call. So all your phone representatives lie just to keep the service in force. I am the only one who watches maybe *-* channels but I can do without so if you can only tell me more lies then please cancel service and I will do without.*Claudia Schwartz*PS Just like I thought...I don't do Facebook, Twitter or any other source of voicing your personal life for all the world to see. I won't talk to anyone from Dish on the phone anymore and if you an't accept and respond by email then you will just have to cancel the service.
I am ** years old and live on limited income.
Either my bill remains what it was at before you raised to $*** or just cancel the service and I will do without any. I will make do with the Internet.
I am on autopay and my budget limit is in the low $** range. I have been with Dish since **** or **** thuis time but now you are doing the same thing as Direct did.
Do not bother to call me anymore. If you can't fix the problem permanently just respond by email and cancel the service ASAP.
