I was due to have my parcel collected on Friday. As no one came on Friday (While I waited outside for *h) I tried again on Monday. Because no one showed up at the time given to me via mail, I called the customer service several times to get my parcel picked up as I am leaving the country soon. Again, I waited *h. I gave the customer service multiple ways to reach me and find my location but I am still waiting for my postman to arrive.

GetHuman-lukaspl did not yet indicate what DHL Express (UK) should do to make this right.
