Hello well my parcel arrived at *th of september with wrong address i call them to update the address. so i did it and they update my address in customer support and we re arange a delivery but nothing came into my address so i call again and tell them i will pick it up to some service point they give me the address. So i am ** days in london i just moved so it so difficult for me to go anywhere but i managed to reach the service point and they tell me sir we dont serve this postcode. I was so pissed i call again to support team and tell them that we have to found a solution its been over a week. And they told me they will delivery it today but this didnt happen i call em again today and they told me they cant find it and propably its lost. So i waste ** pounds for callings dhl and moving to service points for something is not my responsibillity service was beyond awfull and i cant neither find my parcel please let me know what we can do because i will leave from london at monday night i am really tired of this situation i waste time and money because they are chaos and they cant deliver a parcel.*Thanks a lot for your time i am waiting your news as soon as possible!
