i ordered a pair of airpods which came in broken. I messaged the seller who i bought them from about the problem and they told me to send it back via usps firstclass mail to get a refund. I paid another $** to send the package back. After, i messaged the seller to tell them it was done and to get my refund but the seller never got back to me. i waited weeks for a responce back from them but never heard anything. i decided to email customer service about my issues and they got back to me saying they would try their best to help and to give them some info about my order. i tell them everthing that happened and they email me back saying that i needed to message the seller to resolve the issue. I emailed them back ensuring them that the reason i was emailing them because i was getting no help from the seller. Customer service isnt helping me resolve this issue and they just keep telling me to fix this with the seller but i cant
