Help with my DHGate.com issue

DHGate.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-chstone will need to dig through the advice provided by DHGate.com, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-chstone can let us know if they help or not.
The issue in GetHuman-chstone's own words
We ordered a dress and they took our money on June *th. It is supposed to be a ** day turn around. They now say they are shipping it July *th, and it is scheduled for delivery on July **th. The function is July **th. We have submitted chast and email, and have gotten no response other than a runaround. Our next step is to cancel and chargeback. I am a veteran of the Credit Card industry and know how that works. *I will give them ** hours to guarantee delivery or I will charge the item back. The order * is *********. Vintage Celtic Wedding Dress White and Pale Blue. My wife has been crying, since this is a special occasion of our **th wedding anniversary.
