Oh it’s a nightmare! I have an order seller never sent anything I cancel the order the money just sits there customer service doesn’t do one thing! I also have a secondary order seller just doesn’t feel like sending the item they’re out of stock send me nasty messages I canceled but they’re not doing anything about it so the money sitting there as well and two orders! And there’s the last order that I canceled the seller said he’s going to send anyway because he’ll lose his job if he doesn’t send the item? So I disputed with American Express so when I receive the item! I need a return shipping label and the vendor doesn’t respond and DH gate customer service doesn’t respond to anything?
