The issue in GetHuman-snsclair's own words
I purchased a ** inch tv on line and paid via PayPal, £****. The amount was paid twice for some unknown reason. The purchase was made at the end of January **** for delivery on *st February ****. I complained to PayPal and to yourselves. Having heard nothing I contacted my bank who refunded the money to my account. On *st February Curry’s attempted to deliver * tv’s. I refused delivery of one of the televisions and the driver took it back. My neighbour witnessed this. *PayPal are now trying to charge me another £**** for money they paid to you. I want you to resolve this with PayPal as you have been paid twice for the same tv.

GetHuman-snsclair did not yet indicate what Currys should do to make this right.
