Order number CUR***********Terrible service and I want compensation, I’m furious at how we have been treat, first time for an order from curry’s and will be the last unless this is sorted and I will also be writing to the ceo to let him know how his customers are being treat, above order placed a week ago for specific delivery Saturday * July so the kitchen has been ripped out with no appliances or running water ready for the delivery tomorrow. Recd a phone call at *.** from delivery company to say delivery has been cancelled and need to contact curry’s direct. Called curry’s and was advised don’t know why but it had been cancelled and no explanation, explained workman coming tomorrow and must have appliances delivered, advised someone from delivery would be in touch but no one called so I rang back at *.**, however after checking online myself I could place a new order for delivery tomorrow so WHY couldn’t this be organised for the delivery I booked a week ago. On this phone call after having to go through everything again I have had to cancel that order and PAY again because you couldn’t do an immediate Credit and have had to reorder and delivery is now coming on Sunday.. someone must know why the delivery was cancelled and WHY has this been such a difficult process to rearrange resulting in the new delivery can’t come until Sunday now, our kitchen fitters can’t come Sunday and are fully booked for over another week so we are very very very unhappy with curry’s service, no one seems to know what they are doing or seems to care about your customers. Your staff can’t give an answer or don’t get back to cusotmers as they say they are, I have spent the best part of *.* hours of my day trying to sort this, I would like a reply at your quickest convenience
