I had placed an order on August *th for a replacement basket for my Cuisinart Coffee pot. Weeks later when I did not receive it I called Cuisinart and they had no record of the order. So I called back to order it again and Robert, the guy I talked to said that my pot was under warranty and he sent me the part free of charge. He said if I ever got a charge for it in the future, that I should just call back and Cuisinart would refund my money. Well, after I got the part that was sent free, I then received the part I had originally ordered even though Cuisinart said they had no order for me. Then I found a copy of my order which I had printed off. It was order *********** and was placed on August *th ****. A charge of $**.** was posted to my Visa account on ******* Reference ***********. I was told I would get a credit but none ever showed up. I did provide the order number in a call to Cuisinart and they were supposed to give it to the proper party to handle. Cuisinart says they have no record of my order yet I have a copy of my order and the charge to my Visa account right in front of me as I type this. I can send you a copy of both. I don't want to have to take this matter up with my bank, but will be forced to do so if you do not credit my account asap. Thank you. Joan
