Help with my Cuisinart.com issue

I have a TEA-*** PerfecTemp electric kettle with an infuser. I cannot separate the infuser from the infuser holder. I need an overhead view to see where the arrows and words are supposed to line up among the various parts. I'm scared that maybe someone shoved the infuser into the infuser holder in a way that isn't correctly aligned.
GetHuman-epicurea did not yet indicate what Cuisinart.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-epicurea fixed the problem
The infuser has a black top that has an arrow on it. The infuser fits within the infuser holder which has words on it. The arrow on the infuser is meant to point to the words on the infuser holder. When the arrow on the infuser is pointed to the word "Remove" then it is possible to remove the infuser from the infuser holder.
