I received an email from Crunch Gym saying if I brought a new member with in a certain date. I would up grade my membership for a free month. The store manager saw me doing a class and the next day he yelled at me like I was ** years old. He didn't even let me show him the email. I couldn't get a word in. So I keep quite until he was finished. As a ** year old, I didn't appreciated being treated so unprofessionally. The embarrassment has taken the joy of going to the gym. My problem is that I payed in full and this is barely my first month. Is there anyway I could get my money back or even prorated? $***.** Thank you.
