I moved and cancelled my member****p. The member****p receipt was mailed to an email I no longer have. Not only did they not cancel my member****p they NEVER contacted me through phone or email for ** months? I did have a debit card problem back in October **** where my card was hacked. They issued me a new card. No one ever contacted me over this change. Every user of the gym is swiped in so you know exactly my last time in your gym. Now they have me in collections? I want this rectified asap, and I will spread the word within my social media about this apparent extortion attempt.
I trust that Crunch Gym will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
