I canceled my member****p last year around March **** and I’m still being charged. I didnt realize I was being charged because I don’t realize $** missing from my account monthly. I only noticed I was being charged because I got charged the annually amount of $**. The location of my gym switched over owners when I was in the middle of canceling my member****p. I’m not sure if paperwork got mixed up but I asked the manager for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me one without paper work saying I canceled. This was a year ago I didn’t keep a half sheet a paper for a year showing proof of cancellation. I would appreciate my refund, I went through the process of cancellation he first time and paid the fee as well. I don’t think it’s right to have been charged when the manager made a mistake with my account. Please and thank you.
I trust that Crunch Gym will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
