Dear Sir or Madam,*I shifted to Cricket with a $** plan on April * ****, before I went to Canada on April ** I called *-***-***-**** couple of times and was told that as long as I upgrade my plan to be $** one I will be able to make call from Canada to Canada or to US with unlimited data, therefore I upgraded my plan to be $** plan during April ***April **, but after I arrived in Vancouver airport, I found that the phone do not have any service, as well as without any data, I rented a car in Vancover airport before I went to Canada and planned to use cell phone google map to bring me to Airbnb I booked, but the phone just did not have any signal, I have to get a GPS with $*** to get me to the place, when I drove to the Airbnb, my phone did not have phone services and could not make call to the owner to open the security door in front of the building, it was **:** am in the middle night, I was so frustrated, and the owner was also very worry, she was waiting for me and sent me the messages couple of time which I could not receive, eventually I have to ask help from a people walking on the street to use his phone to call the Airbnb owner to come down to pick up me, it is terrible,*I was with a $** plan provided by red pocket which included unlimited free call to Canada, Australia and China, I gave up those benefits and spent $** to open an account with Cricket this April in order to have option to upgrade plan which would have services in Canada, but I was so disappoint with my experience in Canada, it just totally do not have services, and made a lot of difficulties to my traveling which I did not expect,*I called *-***-***-**** this morning (April **) after I come back to US to explain my situation in Canada, and ask for the credits of the difference between $** and $** plan and also a one month credit ($**), a gentleman gave me the first part ($**) and gave me this address to let me to write to you in order to have a one month credit,*When you will have time could you please help to review my situation and kindly give me a one month credit?*Thank you very much for your help and kind regards,*Ling Gao****-***-****
