THERE ARE ALWAYS CAMERAS IN OPERATION. i HAD BEEN TOLD THIS IN THE PAST! CRICKET CS - BILL PAY refused to continue my service as of Aug ** when this event took place. In order TO KEEP IN CONTACT with them I made a PARTIAL PMT BEGRUDGINGLY & it took some effort too! After much effort, up to & including the night of Aug ** NO RESPONSE NOTHING & I was tolfd THEY WILL NOT KEEP ACCOUNT AVAILABLE UNTIL CORP OR LEGAL CONTACT ME!! MY PHONE WAS OFF THIS MORNING!! I HAD TWICE THAT DAY (*-**) ATTEMPTED TO PAY FOR MY MONTHLY SERVICES, IN CASH, FOLLOWING ASSISTANCE FROM CS PHONE CTR. AFTER MUCH DISTRESS AND REALIZING THEY CAN'T DO IT. I ALSO BEGAN TO FEEL THAT HE WAS BEING SHOWY GIVING ME LIP ETC HE WENT SO FAR AT THIS TIME TO INFORM ME THAT I HAVE BEEN WRONG AL DAY. I ATTEMPTED TOP EXIT DOOR TO MY LEFT IT WAS LOCKED i TURNED AND WALKED THRU THE GROUP (INCLUDING EMPLOYEE) TO EXIT THRU THE OPPOSITE DOOR, AS I DID SO I BEGIN TO NOTICE THESE * YOUNG HISPANIC GIRLS, SEEMINGLY ADDRESSING ME- STILL IN THEIR LANGUAGE. I AM COMPLETELY PUZZLED. I HAD NO INDICATION - I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT OR WHY THEY HAVE ANYTHING WHATEVER TO DO WITH ME IN ANY CAPACITY. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY YELLED WHILE I WAS IN YOUR CRICKET STORE. THEY HAD BEEN GOING BACK & FORTH WITH * MEN - I ASSUMED THEY WERE HAVING LOVERS QUARREL NOTHING MORE OR LESS!! NOT UNTIL THE * GIRLS FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE STORE MAKING THREATS AND COMING RIGHT UP BEHIND ME THAT I REALIZE THEY ARE COMING AFTER ME!? IF I HAD NOT BEEN DRIVEN TO CRICKET STORE THAT DAY, THERE IS NO QUESTION THESE * WOULD HAVE KNOCKED ME DOWN AND HURT ME, BADLY! I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED IN A REMOTELY SIMILAR FASHION IN MY LIFE! THIS WAS A BUSINESS LOCATION* WHERE I ATTEMPTED TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS. ULTIMATELY, UNABLE TO DO SO* CRICKET CS REFUSED ASSISTANCE AND MY SERVICE WAS D*C!!? WHAT- ARE YOU SERIOUSLY EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR THE LUCK THAT I GOT AWAY FROM YOUR PROPERTY SAFELY!? THIS IS NOW THE MATTER ONCE AGAIN! I ATTEMPTED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE *-**, IN A VARIETY OF WAYS, TO CONTACT CORP ESPECIALLY AND* OR LEGAL DEPT TO NO AVAIL!!? AGAIN UP TO TIME OF D*C I WAS REFUSED ANY HELP FROM CS MY SERVICE HAS AGAIN BEEN STOPPED AND STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME IN ANY WAY!!! WHAT A WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS! THIS KID & THE REST SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED & CHARGED. OBVIOUSLY THE CULPABILITY NOW LIES WITH CRICKET CORP AND*OR LAP WIRELESS, AT&T. I DON'T KNOW OR CARE. I AM COMPLETELY DISMAYED & DISGUSTED AT THE SERIOUSNESS OF THIS MATTER BEING IGNORED!!T HANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, CRICKET WIRELESS!! ... I'VE ALSO LEFT REQUESTS TO BE CONTACTED BY LEGAL DEPT VIA CS I****- ALSO TO NO AVAIL!!? I REFUSED TO MAKE PAY ON **TH, W NO OPTION TO REACH CRICKET U WAS FORCED TO PAY! THE CO NOW DEMANDS ADDITIONAL $$, YET CANNOT RETURN MY CALLS OR CONTACT ME !? ARE THEY KIDDING!? NO RESOLUTION NO CALL NO PAYMT!?* I SEE THE SAME EMPLOYEE IS STILL EMPLOYED! AND I AM FEARFUL OF HIS BUDDY'S & FEMALE ACCOMPLICES! *OBVIOUSLY CRICKET*LEAP HAS NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY TO SAY NOTHING OF ADDRESSING THIS EVENT! IT WAS ENTIRELY ON CAMERA BOTH IN & OUTSIDE OF STORE!*I WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED & HOT NOTHING! FROM CRICKET VERY NICE! I HAD NO CONTACT & NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED I UNDERSTAND ONLY ENGLISH! APPALLING!!*WILL CONTACT MY STATE AGO & BBB ONLINE, AS I REFUSE TO PAY $.** MORE TO A CO. THAT IGNORES CUSTOMER'S * I'M VERY BUSY, AND TERRIBLE ISSUES WITH MY (VERY OLD) PHONE AS WELL AS EMPLOYEE TAPPING TOUCHING MESSING UP WHAT I HAD FIXED HAS LEFT ME LITTLE TIME TO FOLLOW UP THIS OBSCENE BEHAVIOR ALLOWED to an idiot who has his gang INSIDE STORE , MUCH MORR, TO REMAIN EMPLOYED!? I DEMAND TO BE HEARD, THE AUDIO TAPE TO BE PLAYED & VIDEO PLAYED WITH CORP REP ON THE LINE. I HAVE ALSI REQUESTED STEPS I SHOULD TAKE TO OBTAIN COPIES AS WELL. THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD LONG AGO HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR DURING WORK HOURS AND ON CRICKET PROPERTY. I SUGGEST THEY SCAN OLDER, OTHER FOOTAGE IN & OUTSIDE.*I AM VERY SERIOUS. THIS IS UNHEARD OF. I ATTEMPTED TO ADDRESS WITH THC CO! ALL INFO ONLINE SEEMS TO ATTACH TO THE SAME ***** GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I CANT SEEM TO LOCATE A SINGLE TEL * TO ATLANTA GA OFFICES. I HAD QUITE ENOUGH UPSET AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN THRU TO SAN DIEGO CA. HOWEVER, IT TO ATTACHES TO THAT *****... OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT CARE TO HEAR FROM THEIR CUSTOMER BASE! THIS WAS A CHOICE OF CONVENIENCE FOR ME ORIGINALLY. THIS KID HAD RECENTLY MADE ME AN OFFER FOR UPGRADE WHEN MAKING MY NEXT PMT. IT WAS MADE ELSEWHERE, AND I NEVER ANYTHING MORE. SEVERAL TIMES WITH THIS KID AS WELL AS, PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES, I HAVE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH PHONE ISSUES I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAD DONE, ETC ETC. ONE SUCH TIME, I ASKED THAT HE NOT TOUCH IT LEAVE AS IS UNLESS HE UNDERSTANDS * KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, AS I HAD GOTTEN TO A POINT THAT I COULD RECOVER FROM IF NOT IMPROVED BY HIS HELP. OF COURSE, AS SOON AS HE HAD IT IN HAND HE BEGAN TAPPING RANDOMLY AN RUINED WHAT I HAD TAKEN MY TIME TO RECTIFY... ALL WAS LOST THANKS AGAIN KID. I HAD NO DESIRE TO TAKE MY TIME RE: INTERNAL ISSUED HOWEVER, ACTUALLY HAVING BEEN ASSAULTED INSIDE THEIR STORE.. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO MAKE IT KNOWN TO CORP...HA HA! * LASTLY, AT THE TIME OF MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE, THIS STORE HAD LITTLE INVENTORY. I WAS PROMISED CERTAIN ACCESSORIES IF I CHOSE THE HIGHER PRICED MODEL. I DID MAKE THAT PURCHASE. HOWEVER, AGAIN & AGAIN, THERE WERE NO CASES!! UP UNTIL XMAS, A SHIPMENT FINALLY ARRIVED!! THEN EMPLOYEES & ALL OTHERS B* & SINCE HAVE REFUSED TO HOLD THE DEAL MADE BY CRICKET EMPLOYEE! IT WAS A CASE W STAND SCREEN PROTECTOR & CHARGER I BELIEVE! i EXPLAINED I CAN'T SEE MY PHONES IN MY PURSE I NEED A BRIGHTLY COLORED CASE. THE END NEVER MIND TAT IS HOW CRICKET ALLOWS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO ACT & THEN SOME!!? WOW! SOME EDITORIAL! I AM VERY UNSKILLED WITH INNER WORKINGS OF CELL PHONES* YET I HAVE SEEMED TO KNOW MORE THAN A FEW EMPLOYED AT THS LOCATION!? HOW CAN THIS BE!?*NOTE: SOME MONTHS AGO I ASKED FOR A REGIONAL MGR OR SOMETHING... A WOMAN WAS ON THE PHONE I ASKED IF THEY WERE A FRANCHISE ETC ETC..."HER ONLY RESPONSE WAS YES WE ARE A RETAILER"! OMG* RETAILER? YES SALES IS RETAIL WELL DONE! IT SEEMS CRICKET MUST PAY LOUSY CUX THEY HRE POORLY TRAINED PEOPLE!

NOTE ALL OF THIS ENCOUNTER SHOULD BE ON FILM, BOTH INSIDE & OUTSIDE THE CRICKET STORE! THERE ARE ALWAYS CAMERAS IN OPERATION. i HAD BEEN TOLD THIS IN THE PAST. Continual employee impropriety, ineptitude and associations while at the place of business. On Aug ** I was unable to conduct MY BUSINESS during two differnt visits thsat day! I came in approx **am-**pm at which time the kid was in process of a sale. I understood & allowed him to complete..... Realizing it had been nearly an hour & I had much to do. I had to leave without making my payment! NOTE:I overheard some of their conversation while parts were in another language. Later I returned after speaking with C.S. re: Bridge Pay and AGAIN TRIED TO PAY MY BILL! Fisrt he did not enter the store as I did* he remained seated on cement block with his buddies, as he often does as I walk by regularly. The young lady (his girl), tried to help but could not. I was becoming agitated with the whole thing as it has been set-up at CS level TWICE in one day and I had WASTED well OVER an hour r more and CRICKET employees CANNOT PROCESS PMT!? I waved hi to come in, soon the smart mouth- talk began - again some in English some not. .
