I am facing an issue with Startline Motor Finance as they have mistakenly placed a default on my account on September 16, [redacted]. I want to clarify that I have never missed a payment during the two-year agreement period. My Credit Karma report reflects that this account was settled in May [redacted]. However, the information stored in your database and my credit file is inaccurate. I have already contacted TransUnion and Credit Karma over two months ago to dispute this default, but it remains unresolved, and I have not received any updates on the matter.

I am concerned about possible data breaches related to my accounts after receiving an email from Credit Karma mentioning exposed passwords. I have changed the passwords I could remember immediately and plan to improve my password management. I am anxious about the security of my social security number due to suspicious calls claiming it has been compromised; I'm unsure if they are scammers. Additionally, someone posing as my energy supplier visited, but I realized it was a fraudulent attempt and prevented any unauthorized changes. I am having trouble accessing Credit Karma. My original email was [redacted] with the password bigbabylehte7. I got a new cell phone as my old one stopped working, and since then, I have not been able to log in. My new email is [redacted] I have tried numerous times but keep facing issues. I began setting up my Credit Karma account and completed the initial steps, providing the last 4 digits of my social security number. Even though I knew my TransUnion account was frozen, Credit Karma also detected this. I temporarily unfroze my TransUnion account and received an email confirmation from TransUnion. However, Credit Karma is still indicating that my TransUnion account is frozen and I'm unable to proceed. What should I do next? Additionally, why does Credit Karma not allow access if only one of my accounts is frozen?

I receive numerous emails from Credit Karma. I'm only interested in notifications about changes to my credit status, not marketing emails. I attempted to adjust this on their website, but their help email page is malfunctioning. The "type" of email field is only selectable as "none," lacking any other choices. I request that they repair their website and add a setting in the marketing section to opt for emails solely regarding credit status changes, without receiving marketing content.

I recently discovered that my college loans were placed in deferment without my consent when I enrolled part-time in one class. This impacted my credit score negatively, so I contacted both loan services to rectify the situation and had them remove the deferment. However, my credit score remains significantly lower by 52 points. I believe this change was unjust as I was unaware of the deferment being applied without my knowledge and I would like to see my credit score restored to its previous state.

I attempted to sign up my father with Credit Karma, but it indicates that he already has an account. When we tried the "forgot email" option, it showed no record. I suspect his information was stolen, possibly connected to an email under the name Maria Lanza. How can we close this account and open a new one with a new email? I visited Credit Karma's website to check on some loan details as a credit report customer, not with the intention of applying for any loans. Immediately, I started receiving emails from loan companies declining me for loans I did not request. This will significantly reduce my credit score, which I cannot afford to happen. Today, I received an email dated 12/13/19 from you regarding a $61 balance increase with TD Auto Finance between October 31 to November 30, [redacted]. The email mentioned a 2-point drop in my score due to this issue. Upon reaching out to TD Auto Finance, they confirmed that several others have reported the same problem, attributing it to an error on your part. I have been informed that I am late on an account that I have never owned. I contacted the number listed on my credit report regarding TD BANK NA/ALLY. The only person associated with that card is Brain Turner; we are currently going through a divorce, and they have removed any connection I had to the account. A letter was sent to him three days ago to confirm this. I was unaware that it was a credit card company, as I am not affiliated with it. I have sent three emails trying to fix my account, but I'm not making any progress. I got locked out due to entering too many wrong pin codes, and when I tried to reset my password, it blocked me. I have explained the problem, but all I'm being told is to change my email. I cannot change my email because it contains personal and important information. If I must change my email, please let me know so I can discontinue using your services.

I created a Credit Karma account back in [redacted] using my old email, [redacted] At that time, I had 4 or 5 inquiries and 2 collections listed - one was legitimate from AT&T, and the other was fraudulent. My credit score was [redacted] then. Recently, I made a new account with my current email, [redacted] However, the new account shows my score as N/A with only 1 fraudulent inquiry. When I tried to access my old account, the system could not find it despite providing my details. I am confused about the discrepancies and would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

I require immediate contact. I placed $[redacted] into my Credit Karma Savings account, but the following month the funds were not accessible for withdrawal. My bank charged me $30, and you deducted the $[redacted] from my account. Where is my $[redacted]? It should not have been taken from my savings. I am looking for assistance with the accuracy of my accounts and need to speak with a representative. There seems to be an account opened on 2/21/18 that I did not authorize. I have not opened any credit cards since [redacted], including the one for Best Buy that has been paid off. Despite disputing this account multiple times, Credit Karma insists it is accurate. This account needs to be removed as it is causing unwarranted damage. The balance is only $[redacted], which I have denied. If necessary, I may have to seek legal help to resolve this issue swiftly. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service, as dealing with credit is crucial, and having no human support is unacceptable. I recently noticed on my Credit Karma report that there are three auto vehicles listed with VIN numbers for insurance coverage, but I do not own or drive a car. These vehicles - a [redacted] Hyundai Sonata, a [redacted] Hyundai Santa Fe, and a [redacted] Ford Tempo - are fraudulent entries on my credit report. I am seeking assistance on how to permanently remove these inaccurate listings and identify who the vehicles actually belong to. Should I report this issue to the Motor Vehicle department? Additionally, do I need to contact the three major Credit Bureaus about this error? I have attempted to remove these entries from Credit Karma without success. I discovered a suspicious Hard Inquiry on my TransUnion report on 12/14/[redacted], from SYNCB (Synchrony Bank). Despite contacting them multiple times, the bank has no record of any applications under my name. SYNCB mentioned that this issue has persisted for two years and blamed Credit Karma entirely. My TD Bank NA/Ally account is past due. I am recently separated from my husband of 27 years, establishing my own credit in [redacted]. I have been receiving notices about a credit card I never had or heard of. After contacting the company, they confirmed I am not associated with the card. There seems to be an individual named Brian Turner on auto-pay, missing payments, causing alerts that I owe money. I have sent a letter to Vrain Turner in Carson City, NV, requesting to be removed from the account. Brian claims the card belongs to him, not me. Please remove me from the late payment list as I am keen on maintaining my perfect payment record. If more information is needed, kindly refer to his credit account.
