UGENT: To whom it may concern at credit one bank,**My name is Hanna Frazier, last four of my social are ****. **I have been trying to call you to get the ***$ (ref * *****K*DM*J**YGJA) refunded balance on my credit card mailed out to me via check, though your call centers have been closed for over a week. **I spoke with a gal several weeks ago as I awaited my refund for the Justin Bieber concert tickets I purchased using my credit one bank card (ref * *****K*DM*J**YGJA). She told me to call back when it went through to get my check for ***$ mailed out. I am now unable to get through to anyone in your call center and am out ***$ because of it. **On top of the above frustration mentioned, I should be getting the full ***$ refunded and it says I am only getting ***$. I did not have a balance and did not owe a payment as I paid the **$ annual fee and the Justin Beiber purchase ***$ totaling ***$ prior to any interest accruing or any statement generating. I should not have had **$ taken out of my ***$ refund and am requesting my full amount of ***$ be refunded to me via check form immediately. This is robbery and completely unacceptable. **This has been extremely stressful and I should be able to speak with someone regarding the money your company owes me.
