I wanted to apologize to Credit One for just being able to pay my bill, and I also wanted to thank Credit One for your patience and helping me after my desperate situation. I was in an auto accident while rushing my son to the hospital after he was kicked in the face by a horse. I was actually pronounced DOS (Dead on Scene) for ** minutes before a miracle from God brought me back. I was then in a coma for * days, hospital for almost * months, then was in assisted care & rehab home *.*-* months. Through everything you have been compassionate and understanding. Credit One went above and beyond and I would like to know if there is any person, or department that I can speak to give my personal heartfelt gratitude. Or is there a website for me to let other potential Credit One Customers know everything about my story and the great compassionate understanding Customer Service Department of Credit One. Thanks again for your support when my life was on the line.
