I was trying to pay my monthly bill and saw a bogus late fee. ... I was about to pay my monthly payment (at *:** A.M. EDT) and I noticed a late fee on my Platinum credit card. This is the second time in less than A MONTH charged to my account when I pay over the minimum payment EVERY month. I was charged a late fee on **** and it was removed on **** when I explained that I had made a payment of $** on *** toward my June bill not knowing that the billing cycle starts on the *nd of every month and not the first. I was charged ANOTHER late fee on ***. This is ridiculous!!! Please advise.
I have to pay the bill in the first week of the month because I survive on SSDI monthly payments and it is deposited into my bank account every *rd (or *st or *nd if the *rd is on a weekend) of the month.
Remove the fee and assure me that it will never happen again.
I ALWAYS pay over the minimum payment in the first week of the month.
I already tried calling customer service but the phone line doesn't open until ** A.M. my time which is ridiculous.

I had to personally call them and the representative saw that the company had made a huge error and assured me that it will be resolved within ** hours and gave me a reference*claim number.
