A few months back, I reported a potential identity theft case involving one of my credit cards. Following this, I received a reimbursement for the funds in my spending and savings card accounts, and my Credit Karma account got disabled. Since then, I've been locked out of my Credit Karma account and unable to apply for any new credit cards, debit cards, or credit score services like Credit Sesame. I'm perplexed about what Credit Karma might have done to my credit profiles. How can I go about reactivating my Credit Karma account or creating a new one?

I recently noticed a significant drop in my TransUnion Score, despite making efforts to reduce credit card debt, pay my home loans on time, and maintain a good credit history. Over the past year, Experian's score also lowered after a hard inquiry during a car lease renewal. I am perplexed by these changes and am seeking clarification regarding my TransUnion Score decrease. I recently reviewed my Credit Karma credit report and discovered some discrepancies that need attention. Firstly, I am currently in a consumer proposal, and one of my creditors included in the proposal is Royal Bank of Canada. However, my credit report indicates that I have missed payments to them, which is inaccurate as I consistently make payments on time through my trustee as per the consumer proposal agreement. Secondly, there is a misleading statement at the bottom of the report stating "bankrupt" when it should reflect that I am under a consumer proposal. Hello! I am Mr. Jose Ortiz Torres, my last 4 digits of s.s. are [redacted]. I do not speak English, but I would like to open my Credit Karma account as I have tried several times and cannot because the system still has an email account that I no longer use or exists. How can I delete the account and set up a new one? Thank you! The email that appears is [redacted], and I no longer use that account. It must be deleted NOW!! I would like to have access again and download the application for the future. But when I try to sign up, it tells me there is already an account with the email [redacted], and that account does not exist. I do not use it.

I noticed a mistake on my Equifax credit card limits. The total should be $67,[redacted], not $58,[redacted]. This error is impacting my credit score negatively, and I kindly request Credit Karma to rectify this mistake. Thank you. Additionally, I observed that Credit Karma removed my neighbor's $3,[redacted] limit credit card from my Equifax report, even though it is over 4 years old. My account is currently locked and I have been unable to determine the reason for this action. Despite reaching out to representatives multiple times, no clear explanation has been provided. On December 16, [redacted], I received my child tax credit deposit but when checking my account balance on December 19, [redacted], it showed a balance of .27 only. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this company. Despite my efforts to communicate with them, I have been informed that my case is under investigation. I have already responded to emails requesting documents, including a copy of my state driver’s license. They also asked for a statement from the linked bank account, which I no longer possess. Unfortunately, each representative I speak to is unable to transfer me to the individuals handling my case. This situation is especially difficult during the holiday season as I do not have access to my funds and am struggling to find the right person to unlock my account and correct my balance amount. I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I need assistance with my Credit Karma account. I am unable to recall my password or security question answers. Following the switch from an Android to an iPhone, along with a new phone number due to a mobile service provider change, I am locked out. Both parties are aware of this situation. Please refrain from sending me the same email repeatedly. Receiving six emails in six weeks with the same information is becoming overwhelming. I am frustrated with Credit Karma; I had trouble finding a customer service phone number. When I called, I was surprised to find out Credit Karma Tax does not have a phone number for support. It shouldn't be this difficult to access my past tax returns. I hope Credit Karma can improve their communication with customers.

I am currently experiencing issues with my account's phone number, and I am unable to receive verification texts to access my account. The phone number listed is not working, and I need to update it. Whenever I try to sign in on my personal laptop, it doesn't recognize the device and prompts me for verification via text, which I can't receive due to the non-functional number. Hello there, I have checked my credit scores on Credit Karma and noticed that despite consistently paying on time, my scores are going down when I apply for loans or credit. I requested a replacement debit card more than two weeks ago. The Credit Karma app provides limited tracking information, indicating that the card has been shipped, but there is no clear update on its current location or expected arrival date. My direct deposits have been deposited into my checking account for a few days now, yet I am unable to access the funds to cover my expenses for bills, gas, and food. Late fees are accumulating quickly, and attempting to contact customer service to resolve this problem has been frustrating as I am unable to speak with a representative over the phone.

I received a loan denial email from Advanta through Credit Karma on December 28, [redacted]. According to the email, my TransUnion credit score is [redacted]. However, currently, Credit Karma lists my TransUnion score as [redacted] and Experian as [redacted]. My payment history, length of credit, lack of hard inquiries, and timely handling of mortgage and auto loans are all in good standing. I need the correct score for future loan applications. In June [redacted], I made a purchase of a TV from PC Richards, expecting delivery on June 17, [redacted]. While awaiting the delivery in Deleware on June 16, [redacted], the TV didn't arrive. PC Richard's claimed it was delivered on June 4, [redacted], without notifying me. Upon my return to New York, I visited the store on Old Country Road and discovered a forged signature on the delivery documentation. I refuse responsibility for a TV I didn't receive or sign for, urging for a fingerprint analysis to find the culprit. Threatening legal action against PC Richard's, the Freight Company, and the forger, I lodged complaints with my credit card company, Synchrony Bank/PC Richard's. Unable to locate Credit Karma's phone number, I seek guidance on the matter. Thank you.

Today was my first time trying to access Credit Karma. After providing all the necessary login details, I received a message stating that an account had already been created using my information but with an email address I don't recognize and definitely not mine. Several months back, my personal information was compromised, even though I didn't file a police report, I have a new ID issued this month before my birthday. I possess unique information that the original thief wouldn't have. I urgently need assistance from Credit Karma to resolve this issue.

My credit scores recently dropped after my student loans were transferred to a new servicer. FEDLOAN Servicing claimed the loans were closed, affecting my Transunion and Equifax scores by 43 and 27 points, respectively. Despite working to improve my financial situation, the move has unfairly impacted my credit. Moving loans to a new provider should not lead to a nosedive in credit scores, making the whole credit reporting system seem unjust. I am not looking to make any major purchases, but the damage to my credit score is frustrating after making efforts to clear my debt.
