For months, Credit Karma suggested I get another credit card to improve my credit score by reducing credit usage and establishing another credit line. Reluctantly, I applied for the Mission Lane Visa Card as advised, hoping to continue the positive trajectory of my credit. However, despite Credit Karma's assurance of my "OUTSTANDING" approval odds, I was denied. This resulted in a new Hard Inquiry on my credit report, jeopardizing the progress I've painstakingly made post-divorce. As someone on fixed income, the impact is significant, and I'm disappointed by the setback. Moving forward, I'll trust my instincts and seek alternative credit monitoring services, as this experience has left me disillusioned with Credit Karma's guidance.

I would like to update my email address to the correct one: Correct email address: [redacted] The email address currently on file with an error is: Incorrect email address: [redacted] (Please note the typo in .com) Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to sign in using the incorrect email ([redacted]) even after entering all my correct details. I recalled that in the past, the app mistakenly recognized my first name as Lyle instead of Kyle. It was only when I adjusted my first name and the incorrect email that I could finally access my account, only to discover it had been deactivated. I distinctly remember creating my account with the correct email address ([redacted]) and my accurate first name (Kyle), contrary to what seems to be recorded. The account's deactivation, combined with the incorrect details, has made it extremely challenging to log in. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, - K.L.

I need assistance with setting up a creditkarma.com account in the USA. After moving from Ottawa, Ontario to the U.S., I've been advised by creditkarma.ca to reach out to you. They suggested using a different email than my Canadian account. I have opened U.S. Cross-Border accounts and now seek to establish credit for a credit score. It’s been over three months. My previous Gmail is [redacted] My social security card is now sorted under my old married name, Littlemore, but my new married name is Dattilo. My U.S. Cross-border Visa is under Dattilo. My social security card is on its way. I believe it's crucial to have a U.S. credit score. Can you provide assistance? My current primary email is [redacted] Thank you. - Shelley (Newton) Littlemore (DATTILO)

I have noticed that one of the addresses listed on my account is incorrect as I have never lived there. Additionally, there are two disputes that are over 7 years old and closed, which should not be negatively affecting my account. I am facing difficulty navigating through the links and browsers to address this issue. I clicked on a link on my account that I felt tricked into, as I was told by a tech support agent there would be no credit check, and I ended up receiving a denial notification for a Capital One credit card application. I have reached out to the company regarding this matter but was informed that nothing can be done. It is frustrating to be denied and feel embarrassed simply for checking for approval. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me via email, as I don't have a call back number. I was hoping for a live chat but was redirected here, so please allow me a couple of days to respond to any emails sent.

I recently received an email from CreditKarma informing me that my JPM-CB account had been closed. I did not close any accounts with Chase and need clarification about which account was closed. Unfortunately, CreditKarma only communicates via email and does not have a customer service phone line. I am unable to address this matter until they respond to my email, which I expect in a few days. Despite having a credit score of over [redacted], I was recently declined for two credit cards without explanation. To prevent this from happening again, I need to contact CreditKarma promptly. Their lack of phone support is frustrating. -RW

I am trying to get a CK debit card. I already have a savings account with CK. When entering my information on Money Spend, it rejects my mailing and shipping address. I have lived at this same address for 10 years and know it is correct. The message says USPS claims my address is undeliverable, which is inaccurate as I receive mail and packages there. Any issues have been resolved promptly by calling me or deleting the message. I need this resolved to receive my CK debit card. It has been a stressful two weeks, and this is adding unnecessary complexity. I opened my savings account with this address, and now this issue is causing extreme frustration. Please contact me promptly to address this matter. - R. Rivera

I am experiencing a problem with my Credit Karma login as it's not recognizing my original email and password combination. It seems that Intuit, the parent company, may be causing this mix-up as I have never encountered this issue with any other services in the past 20 years. Given the complexity of dealing with Intuit's products like Quickbooks, Turbo Tax, and now Credit Karma, I believe it would be beneficial to have a master login for professionals like myself who frequently use their suite of services. As I am in the process of restarting my company, the thought of encountering similar difficulties with Quickbooks Enterprise is concerning. Therefore, I kindly request that my Credit Karma account be deleted so that I can start fresh with a new email. The original email tied to my Credit Karma account is [redacted]

I wanted to voice a complaint about my experience. Almost 7 years ago, I made the decision to transition away from being transgender, which I am proud of. However, I have been facing an issue with updating my information on your website exclusively for these past 7 years. Despite my attempts, the changes do not seem to reflect on your site. The credit bureaus indicate that the information is updated on their end. This discrepancy is quite embarrassing as it continues to reflect a lifestyle I have moved on from, especially when your site seems to be the only one showing this outdated information. I apologize if I come across as frustrated, but after being instructed for over 6 years to check back in 30 days, the situation has become increasingly challenging. The inaccuracies in your service's information have been a significant inconvenience. - Daina T

I am experiencing issues with Credit Karma as they have no available customer support contact options. An unauthorized account is preventing me from closing mine, as it states there is a 'savings account' linked. However, trying to close it proves futile as there is no visible method. The [redacted] email address is unresponsive, sending an automated reply guiding back to ineffective drop-down menus. GetHuman suggests this email for contact, but it requires updating as it is obsolete. Following their advice, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Credit Karma for assistance, wasting my morning on this matter. GetHuman's guidance on contacting Credit Karma needs updating post-acquisition by Intuit, as the support email is no longer functional.

I've been diligently working to pay off my unsecured debt for the past two years. My credit score significantly improved from [redacted] to [redacted] until I received an email alert stating that my score dropped by [redacted] points. I'm unsure of the cause but suspect it may be due to recent events that were not entirely my fault. American Express insisted on issuing me a new card despite my uncertainty. I promptly canceled the card upon arrival and requested they remove the hard inquiry from my credit report. This is one of the reasons I believe my score decreased, along with a few other possibilities. I'm seeking guidance on how to address this issue but have been unable to connect with someone knowledgeable on the matter. How can I reach a professional to discuss this further? Best, J. Burns [redacted] [redacted]

I recently obtained a new credit card from Navy Federal. I also have two other loans and am an authorized user on another credit card with Navy Federal. While my existing accounts are appearing on my credit report, the new credit card I received isn't showing up. Surprisingly, my sister received the same card a few weeks after me, and it's already showing on her credit report. I contacted Navy Federal, and they confirmed that they reported it a few days ago, but it's still missing from my report. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you, M. Johnson.

I have been attempting to update my phone number on Credit Karma without success for months. The system keeps requesting verification of my old number, which I no longer have access to. Clicking on the "Contact Support" link leads to no action. I have followed these steps numerous times, but have not received any resolution. It seems there is no way to reach a human for assistance. If I do not receive a satisfactory response by Friday, July 16, [redacted], I will cancel my Credit Karma account and block all future emails from the company. My account has been frozen for the past three weeks. They can't explain why it's locked. I can't access my money, and it's frustrating because nobody can tell me why. My bills are due, but I can't pay them because my account is locked. They keep saying they're working on it, but it's been three weeks. I just want my account unfrozen so I can transfer my money out. It's unfair that they're holding onto my money and I can't do anything about it.

I have funds in my Credit Karma Spend account. After losing my card, I applied for a new one. They provided a virtual card number that did not work, despite verifying my information and sending copies of my license and bank statements. They mentioned speeding up the process by submitting more documentation. They promised to assist with unlocking my account and transferring money to my personal bank, but did not follow through. Emails to their specified address are automated and unhelpful. I am frustrated and in urgent need of my money to pay bills. The lack of support and resolution from their team is disappointing and unprofessional. I am considering legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I recently received an email notification from Credit Karma indicating that there was an account not in good standing associated with my profile. The message suggested that this could negatively impact my credit scores and incur fees from my lender. However, upon reviewing my Transunion and Equifax accounts on Credit Karma, I found that all my accounts are actually up to date. I am confused by this discrepancy and unsure why I received the notification. It feels like it may be an attempt to solicit a loan. I would like clarification on which account the notification pertains to and the reason behind its issuance. If possible, I kindly request a callback at [redacted]. Thank you.

My spending account is currently frozen due to suspicious activity. Despite confirming transactions over the phone on the 13th, my card is now locked. I used it earlier today, but suddenly it's frozen again. I was informed it should reopen in a few hours, but it's been 6 hours now. I called the number on the back of the card, and they mentioned it was due to suspicious transactions. Even after verifying with the Fraud Prevention Department, my card was declined. I'm frustrated as I have no gas and need assistance. It's late on a Friday, and I can't reach anyone helpful on the phone despite multiple calls.

I believe someone used my personal information to open a membership without permission in the past. I need help removing their access, updating my information, and blocking them. I tried to create a new account but was unsuccessful. I faced a similar problem with Experian, which has been resolved. Credit Karma seems to have a user monitoring my credit without my consent. Unfortunately, I am unable to correct this issue as I do not know the associated email or password. I am looking to close the existing account and start fresh, ensuring the former user is blocked.

I am facing difficulties logging in to the Credit Karma website. Every time I try to access it, I encounter the following error message: "We apologize for the inconvenience. A technical problem has occurred unexpectedly. Please attempt to log in again shortly." Despite trying different browsers, toggling my VPN, and resetting my password by utilizing the "I forgot my password" feature, I am unable to access my account. Following the password reset process, which includes receiving a link via email, confirming my identity with my birth year and the last four digits of my Social Security number, creating a new password, and submitting it, I still encounter an error message upon login. The webpage greets me with "Welcome back, Sandon!" followed by a message stating, "Oops, something went wrong while attempting to process your request. Please try again later. We value your feedback." This situation is frustrating as I remain locked out of my Credit Karma account.
