I have been a long-time member but had a billing issue with AT&T a few years back that affected my credit score. Despite my credit card companies showing my score in the [redacted] range, Credit Karma initially reported it as [redacted] after the incident, then suddenly raised it to [redacted] while my actual score remains below [redacted]. AT&T's oversight negatively impacted my credit, yet they failed to notify me properly when I moved abroad. They claimed they couldn't contact me besides sending a letter, which I never received due to my relocation. I'm grateful to Credit Karma for alerting me about the collections account, but I'm puzzled by the discrepancy in credit scores. I'm reaching out to understand why Credit Karma shows a much higher score than my bank and credit card companies. How can I ensure my credit score is accurately reflected on Credit Karma? Also, I seek advice on persuading AT&T to remove the negative mark on my credit report. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there, I opened an account with your service in [redacted]. I filed my state and federal taxes for [redacted] in late February [redacted] through Credit Karma Tax. They confirmed acceptance on February 23, [redacted]. Currently, I've received my state refund, which was significantly lower than expected, but I haven't received my federal refund. The IRS has no record of my taxes being filed as of April 21, [redacted]. They recommend I don't resubmit until I contact my tax preparer, which is your service. I can't resend my taxes through Credit Karma, and I need confirmation that they were not submitted through your service. I'm willing to use another tax service if needed. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Lourdes I.

A few years back, I mistakenly registered with Credit Karma using the email [redacted] instead of yahoo.com. I never got any notifications, leading me to sign up with Experian for $9.95 a month, which upset my husband. I realized my email error when I tried signing in two months ago. Recently, my phone crashed, and after several visits to Apple, it kept failing. They replaced it for $[redacted], and although not refurbished, it continued to malfunction. After many visits, they decided to restore it, causing me to lose data. I am now trying to reconnect with Credit Karma but faced issues due to mistakenly entering my new email, [redacted], which doesn't receive their messages. I changed it to emjahetz_richard@iCloud for safekeeping. I hope to resolve this with Credit Karma's assistance as I am unable to contact them directly.

I would like to link my Regions Bank checking account with Credit Karma. I need to refresh my account over the phone as I am having trouble remembering the exact amount I have for my line of credit. I just purchased a truck today and they are expecting payment on Monday. I want to use my line of credit from Regions Bank for this payment. I am waiting for disability and other funds to be deposited into my Regions Bank account on Monday to ensure I have enough financial stability for these transactions. I appreciate the convenience of accessing my funds through the Credit Karma app. I authorize only Olivia D. to have access to my funds through Credit Karma and my Regions Bank account. Thank you for your assistance and for considering me as a loyal customer.

I recently paid down multiple credit cards to keep all balances at or below 9%. However, my credit score, as shown on Credit Karma, decreased by over 25 points in just two days. A card with a zero balance was affected when I added $[redacted] to reach just 6% of its limit, causing my scores to drop. My TransUnion score went from [redacted] to [redacted], and my Equifax score dropped from [redacted] to [redacted]. I'm working on refinancing my home and maintaining low credit card balances to secure the best rates. It feels disheartening to face financial consequences for responsible actions. Despite Credit Karma's advice on keeping balances below 9%, I've gone from an Excellent to a Good credit rating by following this guidance. I now have to wait for my score to recover or risk higher mortgage interests. I seek clarity on why my rating dropped despite staying within a healthy balance range.

My name has changed legally from Kevan W. Schwartz to Karen Lee Schwartz, updated with the SSA and my Oregon driver's license. Your records currently reflect the incorrect name. I find it extremely frustrating to rectify this matter. Despite having my ID with the new name, I am unable to easily update it. I am contemplating deleting my account and starting over due to the lack of assistance in this matter. As someone who is working on building their credit for the first time, dealing with this issue is disheartening. I have learning and mental disabilities, which make this challenge even more difficult. It is disappointing that no one can offer me assistance over the phone. I fear I will be guided through complicated steps on the website, leading to further frustration. If unresolved, I might have to cancel, wait for some time, and then attempt to address this issue again. Thank you for your assistance. Karen Schwartz ODL-[redacted]

My personal information needs to be reviewed as it doesn't match the credit bureau records. To proceed, I must reenter my Social Security Number. If unsure where the error lies, helpful tips are available on the right side of the page.

Last year, we used Credit Karma to file our taxes. We're currently facing challenges accessing our account this year. After going through various steps, we were asked to verify our ID by taking a picture of a driver's license. Unfortunately, our phone doesn't support sending the image as required. We're frustrated and concerned that if we have to use another company, we'll need to re-enter all our information from last year's return. It's frustrating that Credit Karma is adding so many security layers and we're unable to complete the process solely on our computer. The issue is compounded by our limited internet access and reliance on a cell phone hotspot. Having to juggle multiple devices simultaneously has made it difficult to transmit the ID picture. Due to our location with restricted internet options, we require human assistance to address this situation effectively.

I recently filed my taxes and connected my bank account to my Credit Karma account to receive my state return. However, when I tried to transfer the funds to my bank, it didn't work. As a result, $20 was deducted from my state return and placed into my Credit Karma savings account. Today, upon checking my Wells Fargo account, I discovered that Credit Karma transferred the last $20 from my bank account instead of my state return. The transfer number is [redacted][redacted]. I am concerned about the missing $20 and would like it returned promptly along with my state return. I did not intend to deal with this issue, so your assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with Credit Karma as someone has used my SSN to set up an account without my permission. Despite trying to resolve this for three weeks, I have only been in contact with their unhelpful email support. I need access to my account to obtain information about the fraudulent setup such as email, phone number, and address. While I have successfully spoken to the credit reporting agencies and secured my financial accounts, Credit Karma has not provided a satisfactory resolution. After notifying them of my intent to contact the BBB and the California Attorney General, I received a response, but the problem remains unresolved. I am considering further action and may need to involve legal assistance as I have exhausted all other options to address this issue. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I was charged without authorization via Credit Karma, and resolving this via email is very slow. I suggest they provide a phone number for quicker assistance. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved despite my explanations. I am still waiting for the requested transaction screenshot, which I mentioned in my initial email. This delay is infuriating.

I believe my account has been compromised. I set it up in February [redacted] without using a phone number. However, now a phone number ([redacted]) has been added, which I cannot access. Additionally, the address on my account was changed, and a debit card from my Credit Karma spend account was sent to an unknown address at [redacted] N Broadway or N Columbus, not my actual address: [redacted] Wing Rd. I have struggled to resolve this due to Covid-19 closures at the DMV, where I cannot obtain a copy of my ID. Despite providing various forms of identification, Credit Karma has only sent repetitive emails without a solution. Unable to find a customer service number, I am frustrated with the poor service and the ongoing issue preventing me from accessing my funds. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will need to seek legal assistance. My new phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted] Please contact me with any answers or solutions. Joanna

I am having trouble updating my contact information on my Credit Karma account. When attempting to change my email or phone number, I am unable to access my account. I am unable to receive a text message verification as my new phone number differs from the one on file. As my old email and phone number are no longer valid, I cannot proceed. If I had only changed one piece of information, I believe I would not be facing this issue. However, both my email and phone number are new, causing this problem. I kindly request that my new email address be registered, and a confirmation email be sent. Additionally, I request an access code be sent to my new phone number ending in [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I used TurboTax to file my taxes and selected to receive my refund through the CK Money Spend account. I haven't received my federal or state refunds yet, only the third stimulus payment a couple of months ago. Despite my balance being less than a dollar for a while, I am a huge fan of Credit Karma for its educational tools. On May 18th, late at night, I noticed my account balance went from a few cents to -$[redacted] or -$[redacted]. I was puzzled because it showed as an Intuit tax withdrawal, which I didn't authorize. Then on May 28th, a reversal of $[redacted] appeared. I expected my state refund to arrive on June 1st, but instead, my account only showed 47 cents. Despite the reversal now showing as available for immediate withdrawal, I can't access it from my nearly empty account. I am confused about why my state refund displayed as withdrawn rather than deposited, and how withdrawals were made without my permission. I would appreciate any assistance in clarifying this situation. Thank you for your help.

I am a Credit Karma member and account holder. About 2 weeks ago, I lost my debit card containing my stimulus funds. I am requesting Credit Karma's cooperation in transferring $[redacted].97 to my linked Varo bank account, ending in [redacted]. I have been waiting for the replacement card for 7 to 10 business days. Due to being disabled after an accident, my bills are mounting, and I urgently need access to my funds. Despite multiple attempts to contact Credit Karma, I have not received assistance. I will wait an additional 2 business days before taking legal action for the lack of response and transparency. I trusted Credit Karma but feel deceived as my financial situation worsens. Please address this promptly by sending the replacement card or transferring the remaining funds to my Varo bank account ending in [redacted]. Your swift action is greatly appreciated.

Credit Karma Support Team, I am writing on behalf of my wife, Alicia Harrell, regarding her account issue. It seems there is a mix-up with the email address associated with her account, as I never set up an account for her. I have attempted multiple times to access her account using both her incorrect email address ([redacted]) and the correct one ([redacted]) without success. To rectify this, I kindly request that you delete any account you have registered under her name. Please ensure the security of her information. Her details are as follows: - Name: Alicia Harrell - Incorrect email: [redacted] - Correct email: [redacted] - Last 4 digits of SS: [redacted] - Address: [redacted] Taylor Avenue, Escondido, CA [redacted] - Birth date: 11/05/[redacted] I am concerned that her information may have been compromised, and I urge you to address this promptly. Once all accounts are closed, I will re-register her with the correct information. Additionally, I am disappointed that a company of your stature does not provide a customer service phone number. Please resolve this matter urgently. Thank you.

I am having trouble applying for the Credit Karma card through the CK app. When I enter my information, it says my social security number is incorrect. I've also paid off two accounts on my credit report in full. The app says that if I pay off an account, my credit score will go up by 25 points, but I haven't seen that increase yet. My credit score is crucial as I am trying to buy a home. Please contact me as soon as possible to assist in resolving these issues.

Since May 13, I have been exchanging emails to verify my identity and regain access to my account. I could not log in because I no longer had the phone number linked to my account. Despite providing my driver's license and a utility bill, they requested the back of my license, which I couldn't provide until I got a duplicate from the DMV. Unfortunately, the temporary license I received is not in color and they require a colored copy. Despite speaking with two support members and a supervisor, they insisted on resolving the issue via email only. One support member mentioned they would help over the phone, but no resolution was reached. I am unable to access my funds until I receive my new driver's license, which may take another week.

I recently saw a TV advertisement mentioning the chance to win $1 million with Credit Karma. Intrigued, I started looking into opening an account with them. However, as I tried to clarify any fees associated with opening or maintaining an account, I contacted MVA Bank but they seemed unaware of any affiliation with Credit Karma. I am quite frustrated by the lack of clarity on this matter. Is MVA Bank indeed associated with Credit Karma, and how does one go about winning $1 million? I have been unable to find a customer service number to get these questions answered. I would appreciate a prompt response as I am hesitant to open an account without understanding all the details, especially regarding MVA Bank's involvement, as mentioned in the terms and conditions. Thank you. - Ms. B.
