The issue in GetHuman-plbourci's own words
have inquires about an item for sale to actually go to the person trying to sell the item rather than someone else ... have been receiving email inquiries regarding*item being sold by someone else.
* you can't sell an item on Craigslist if people trying to contact you are directed to an uninvolved party** receiving inquires about an item someone else is trying to sell is useless and aggravating
they need to make customer service an actual service rather than a system that does not work to actually resolve issues but simply directs you else where or actually disconnects your call entirely
I have had items for sale on Craigslist in the past and wonder if interested parties were directed somewhere else causing a lost sale
what else is there to try the number provided to contact craigslist is snow absolute joke
