I signed up for Cox on August **, ****. I picked up my equipment and self-installed. A tech was sent out and the problem WAS NOT my installation, rather an equipment problem as far as Cox cable access to my home. A total of * different techs were sent out with the same result. There was supposed to be someone to do an assessment of the line by an external contractor, that never happened. When I called, I was told they could not access the side of my home because my neighbor's truck (in their own driveway) was in the way. They were home and so was I and neither of us received an efforts to request the vehicle be moved. I was told at one point that my situation was being elevated with a reply expected in ** hours. When I called, I was told that no, it would be ** days! I finally canceled my service on October **th. I NEVER had any service!!! I was told that there would be zero balance by a representative named Legend. They I received an email with a bill for $***. I have already returned the equipment. I do not feel I should be charged ANYTHING when I did not have any service. Please advise
