Help with my Cox Communications issue

I have been a customer of cox for ** yrs. my name is Joyce Dunn, *** Oak Glen Dr., Terrytown, La *****. I had trouble with tv service few weekends ago. The telephone tech determined the box was bad. A tech arrived last Mon. Oct. * and said it was my tv n the box was ok. So I purchased a new tv from Best Buy n the techs delivered it this morning but were unable to program the new tv and after troubleshooting determined the box was bad. *I called Cox n after speaking to two persons was told the soonest a person could come is Thurs. I consider this extremely poor service for what happened to a long time customer. Can you get someone out sooner. Thank you*Joyce Dunn ***-***-****
