My service was disrupted when cox technicians unplugged my cable from the main port outside of my condo to plug in my neighbor’s cable who was having new services installed. Thanks. The cable running from her condo ran across my doorway where I tripped over it repeatedly. Thanks. It took * weeks to get the wire removed and buried. Upon burying the wire my services were once again disrupted. Since then my internet and cable have become fickle at best. But that’s okay I’ve become my on technician as I now go to the port to tighten and jiggle wires until I have service again. Thanks. This is what I pay $*** a month for? It gets better. My bill is $** more this month. How can I have less usage from having being disconnected and yet have a higher bill ? But the best part is that I’ve been on the phone trying to speak with a costumer service rep for an hour only to be transferred and DISCONNECTED REPEATEDLY ! Resolve these issues or cancel my services. Thanks
