I am so tired I've been calling you for the last hour and a half I've talked to people I've been getting disconnected this is this is ridiculous it makes no sense why I'm going through this I got disconnected I called the Cox store here in Fredericksburg Virginia the young lady told me I had to pay $***.** there was one bill for for $** and some change the other was for $** and some change she said you just need to pay the one bill so I went to the store she said the same thing it's $***.** but I talk to collections at Cox Cable the young lady applied the money to One account and it should have been two accounts my services are still not on my children are going crazy they don't have internet and they do not have TV because she applied the whole amount to One account and she should have split it up into two accounts so that my service would be restored to me
