Resolve billing issue ... I had Cox for less than one week. The tech who “hooked up” my cable and internet left in the middle of the job. He NEVER finished the job he came out to do. For the five days I had this service, it took me three days to figure out how to hook up my cable and internet. I had to finish the service installation myself. Then, the channels I was told I was going to get was the wrong service. I only got the bare minimum for channels. When I called to have my service disconnected, I told the rep I spoke to of the terrible experience I had with the tech and how I got a different service than I was originally told I would get. The rep assured me I would not be charged a full weeks bill because of the horrible experience I had. Four months later, I get a call from a collection agency demanding over $***! I am writing to you to ask you to please remove that charge. I had two days of being able to use the internet and cable because the tech just got up and walked out of my house without saying a word to me! Please fix this situation and soon. Thank you
I was assured my bill would be resolved and I would not have this charge.
They can make it right by removing that balance due on my account
I expected that the technician would actually connect my service! He didn’t. I expected cox would correct the bill to reflect the fact I had to finish connecting my service and actually only had service for two days!
