My name is Mark Dawson my bill has been raised a few times I'm on I called to get it lowered because it went up to $**.** I could barely afford the $**.** a month current promotion shows **.** a month so I tried to get that but they say new customers only I think it is horrible a company would treat new customers better than someone that has been with you for almost * years and has put a lot of money into your business I never have got the speeds I pay for even with tests done and everything checking out ok if I can't get some real help I my have no longer be a customer. Thanks for any help in advance
They should give existing customers better deals than new customers
At the very least take my bill down to $** that was the second increase or give me the *** mb for $**.**
I have Bern with them a long time I could have internet and tv for what they charge for internet alone
I called in and thought it was fixed but it wasn't
