Help with my Cox Communications issue
GetHuman-azrekit's next move: talk to Cox Communications when they open.
Cox Communications's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-azrekit a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

The issue in GetHuman-azrekit's own words
want to boost my internet speed they want to charge me for a trip charge I think that it should be covered I just got a increase in my bill and it is the same as if I have bundled as seen on TV. The retention dept. put me on hold never got back to me after talking to the the it tech dept said they could not tell my band with even though I am testing @ * megs download speed and paying for **. The other customer service lady was so rude . I am debating whether to cancel and go to a tablet with another provider. I just would like a simple fix. I really don't need the TV bundle the free air digital antenna works fine. I just cant stream Netflix without letting it buffer for ever.
