I am trying to work with Costco to get my refrigerator delivered. ... Update - Tuesday, December first*No change, no contact from 'Costco Executive Escalations Team' with update as promised. I'll pend this to Thursday.***UPDATE - Saturday, November twenty-eighth*Received contact from 'Costco Executive Escalations Team'. Advised 'n this case, Costco Logistics did confirm that your original order had been lost in transit however I do see that my appliance department did key a replacement order for you today. We have asked LG to prioritize your order so we minimize the waiting time and should have an update by Tuesday on when to expect that call for delivery.'******COSTCO LOST MY REFRIGERATOR*****i Ordered and paid for LG Refrigerator (Item ******** * Order **********) on **-Nov-**. Received multiple delivery confirmations for **-Nov. Received call on **-Nov *h before scheduled delivery telling me they need to reschedule the delivery. Agreed to **-Nov-** delivery. Again received multiple delivery confirmations, including * hour before scheduled delivery. *h after scheduled delivery received call that delivery again had to be rescheduled. Spent over eight (*) hours being passed back*forth between customer service and Costco Logistics. Ultimately was told Costco Logistics has lost the refrigerator (Internal Case **** *****) and to have issue a replacement, which they have not yet done. I've offered an alternative refrigerator solution, but no response.***At this point I have an open order and have already paid for the product. I have no communication since Nov **, ****, *:** PM, four (*) days ago. I want the product I ordered and paid for or the alternate appliance I suggested to Costco. I prefer to have what I ordered.
Preferred option...deliver the refrigerator I ordered. Alternative option...deliver at no additional cost a similar refrigerator I proposed.
I'm pretty sure I've been a customer for twenty (**) years.
I've made multiple calls to and Costco Logistics, exchanged multiple emails and my wife has posted on Twitter.
