Hi,*My name is Deepthi. My Costco membership ID is ************. During the first week of September I went to Costco pharmacy to collect my prescription. Before September the medicine I took was with discount from manufacturer as low as $** with coupon. Seems they changed it recently, which I was not aware of. Pharmacy at Costco asked me to pay $** for this and I asked them why it is $**. They didn't tell me proper reason like coupon got changed and all. Simply saying it is $** and you have to do a copay for it. As I got it previously from Walgreens pharmacy for $** I changed pharmacy to Walgreens and when Walgreens called Costco pharmacy to change my pharmacy, the person who answered that call was yelling at Walgreens pharmacy person it seems. I got informed about this and Walgreens informed me that coupon changed to $**, so you have to pay that amount. That is convincable and I paid it. But Costco pharmacy person was not answering my question and that is the reason I changed to Walgreens pharmacy again. Is this the way pharmacy person at Costco has to behave? Inspite of not giving proper information to customer when asked for it, they were talking rudely to Walgreens pharmacy person who called them. Because of this behavior, you lost a customer.*Please take necessary action on this.*Thanks,*Deepthi
